Perfect for any occasion, this classic Paint and Sip Party invites guests to unwind, sip on their favorite drinks, and enjoy a fun, creative painting session. With guided instruction and a relaxed vibe, participants can bring their artistic vision to life on canvas, making this an ideal choice for birthdays, team events, or casual gatherings. Setup: 11x14 Pre-stenciled canvases for each guest A selection of acrylic paints in various colors Paint palettes for mixing Brushes in different sizes for easy detail and coverage Aprons and easels Minimum Booking: 10 participants Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to secure your booking. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to prepare all necessary materials and setups for your event.
Cancelation Policy
At Pink Yolk Art & Design Studio, we strive to create a memorable experience for each guest and prepare materials in advance to deliver our best service. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and refunds to understand the process and fees involved. 1. Non-Refundable Deposit Booking Deposit: To secure your event date and services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your event total but will not be refunded if the booking is canceled. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations Made 3 Days or More Before the Event: If you cancel your event at least 3 days in advance, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Cancellations Made Less Than 14 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in a 50% charge of the total event cost, and no additional refunds will be issued. Day-of Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the event will result in forfeiture for the full event amount. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling 3 Days or More Before the Event: If you notify us at least 3 days prior to the event, we will gladly apply your deposit to a new date within six months of the original booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling Less Than 3 Days Before the Event: If you wish to reschedule within 3 days of the event, there will be a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total event cost. 4. No-Show Policy If no one from your party arrives on the day of the event, this will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged for the full event cost. 5. Refund Processing Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original form of payment. These policies allow us to deliver high-quality, personalized experiences for all our clients while preparing efficiently.
